1. Acceptance of terms
By using xchanze.com or the xRetail app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the app on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity in your account, including actions by team members you invite.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the app for anything illegal, to store or send harmful content, to attempt to access other businesses' data, or to interfere with the service.
4. Your data
You own the business data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions
The ad-free subscription is sold and billed through Google Play. Renewal, cancellation and refunds follow Google Play's policies, and you can manage the subscription in your Google Play account.
6. Intellectual property
The app, website and their design and code belong to xChanze. For custom software we build for clients, ownership is set out in the client's own agreement.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. You remain responsible for checking your records, including financial and tax figures. To the extent the law allows, xChanze is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it.
